Harper's Ferry =)

So on Saturday a bunch of us (well, ten of us) went up to Harper's Ferry to hang out and eat lunch and generally have a good time. And we did. We got up there around 11:30, drove around till we found a place to park, ate lunch, and then wandered around for four hours. It was a beautiful day, with lots of sunshine and perfect temperatures. Hard to improve on. These photos are all out of order, just some of my favorites from the day.

Walking out of the town, after getting ice cream and (in Blake's case) books =D

As you can see, this bridge across the Shenandoah inspired different reactions...

This is one of my two absolute favorites from the day...random and artsy, but I really like it =)

This is what that other photo is of: Isaac, sitting in a tree over the river (while he checked his phone).

Luke likes to live life on the edge. Literally.

Group photo, minus a few people. This is the artsy one =)

Oooh, this was another favorite. The lighting just worked out really well.

Some children are less bothered by mud than others. He's one of the "less bothered" ones.

Bridget, on the other hand...

Apparently when there are geese, he feels the need to attack them.

I don't think this was originally her intention, but she definitely ended up completely wet =)

This beautiful church overlooked the river and most of the town--you have to climb quite a few stairs to get to it.

Model shot ;)

....I don't even know.

Yep. This is what happens when you annoy Blake. I don't recommend it.

My beautiful RA! I love her muchly =D

Okay, this is my absolute favorite photo from the whole day. In case you were wondering. The beautiful sky, the ruined church. Just made it perfect, somehow.

Brotherly love ;)

This photo is from Luke's camera--but it's the only one with the whole group =) We had fun--can you tell?

So yeah. That was my Saturday. Jealous yet?

Oh yeah, and I think this is the first picture of me to make it onto the blog. So for those who have thought that needed to happen....it has now. Stop whining. =)
